Game Tester

Position Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for testing game graphics resources, including but not limited to images, animations, sound effects, and following up on feedback.

2、Participate in regression testing of games to ensure their stability and compatibility.

3、Independently analyze planning documents and write test cases.

Position Requirements:
1、Possess basic computer-related knowledge, including operating systems, networks, and other fundamentals.

2、Strong communication skills and a teamwork spirit, with a willingness to comply with reasonable work arrangements from the team.

3、Strong stress resistance ability to efficiently complete testing tasks within a short period.

Game Operations Planning

Position Responsibilities:
1、Collaborate with the marketing team to draft highlighted content related to the product based on the release schedule and promotional plan of each version, and produce different content tailored to the user attributes of various community platforms.

2、Work closely with the operations team to develop corresponding community operation plans according to different stages of game operation.

Position Requirements:
1、A passion for gaming, with a preference for those who are familiar with and have deeply experienced games

2、Familiarity with content communities of popular games, and an understanding of user attributes, marketing methods, operational strategies, and content ecosystem development of different content communities.

Game Art Project Management

Position Description:
1、Responsible for the internal and external management of game project development (focusing on the art direction), organizing and executing the entire process from requirements gathering, planning, production, review, acceptance to settlement.

2、Responsible for formulating game development requirement planning and detailed plans, reasonably assessing production capacity, allocating resources, following up on execution to drive project progress.

Position Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of project management experience. Experience in game product development projects is preferred.

2、A passion for games and art with good aesthetic sense; possess basic data analysis experience.
